At aprox. 01:30 stations 37 and 39 were dispatched via Northampton County 911 for a dwelling fire on the 600 block of Mount Bethel Highway. Additional information from the county stated flames showing and all residents evacuated. Chief 3751 arrived on scene with smoke showing and immediately dropped the 2nd alarm box bringing in fire companies from the surrounding area. The fire was held to a single room thanks to a quick knock made by initial units. Units operated on scene for a little over an hour before returning to quarters.
