We're happy to present Mr. Kyle Luckey and Mr. Chad Riddle the Civilian Service Award for their performance and outstanding act of service by a civilian that contributed to the saving of a human life and aided emergency response personnel in the performance of their duty. Whereby, On September 30th 2025 Mr. Luckey and Mr. Riddle aided in the search for a missing person in Upper Mount Bethel Township. Mr. Luckey and Mr. Riddle were traveling along Ridge Rd when they spotted the missing person and contacted 911. In this instance, the missing persons life was saved and if not for the assistance of Mr. Luckey and Mr. Riddle this incident may have worsened and possibly ended in tragedy. For their actions, Mr. Luckey and Mr. Riddle are awarded this Civilian Service Award.
