Structure Box in The First Due

Yesterday 3/17/2023 just before 18:30hrs stations 34,37,38,39 were dispatched to a structure fire in the township. Additional information from dispatch stated a garage on fire. Enroute to the scene deputy 38 noted a header from a couple miles out and chief 39 arrived on scene confirming the working fire. Engine Goes First Due

This afternoon Stations 37 and 39 were dispatched for a vehicle fire with exposures in the township. Chief 37 arrived on scene confirming the fire and adding 2 additional tankers from stations 26 and 38. Engine 3911 arrived first due and pulled the bumper line to begin fire extinguishment. Brush Fire In the South

On 2/4/23 just before 1pm stations 39 and 37 were dispatched to a brush fire in the Township. Deputy 37 arrived on scene with smoke showing. Initial fire load was the size of a football field and was continuing to spread north due to excessive winds. Additional mutual aid units were dispatched to assist in combatting the fire. The fire was contained in aprox. 45 minutes.

Vehicle Fire in the Township

On 2/1/23 just before 4pm station 39 was dispatched to a vehicle fire in UMBT. Chief 3752 arrived first confirming a working fire. Engine 3911 arrived on scene assuming 1st due special service responsibilities. Crews operated opening up compartments and checking for hotspots. Rescue on the Appalachian
FIREFIGHTER Thomas Austin, November 04
At aprox. 2:45pm stations 39, 37, 34 were dispatched to the Appalachian trail for a hiker who's dog was in distress. Crews entered along the trail using 39UTV1 and were able to meet the hiker on the trail and assist with extricating the dog off the trail.

Brush Fire

This afternoon at aprox. 1:30pm stations 37 and 39 were dispatched to a brush fire along N Delaware Dr. Initial units were able to make a quick stop and bring the fire under control shortly after arrival. 1 patient was evaluated by EMS. Units operated on scene for aprox. 45 minutes.
